Main Responsibility

·Handling guest arrival with pick up request, and arrange the transportation

· Plan, co-ordinate and prepare all pre-client arrival documentation such as name boards, visas/documents, welcome packs etc. to ensure that passengers are met and assisted in a timely and professional manner

· Responsible for good service and maintain close relationship with all official sectors at the airport and most of all, maintain a spirit of team work among the hotel’s personnel

· Maintain detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotels

Operations Coordinator

Overview

This is a great opportunity for anyone that is proactive, able to solve problems under pressure in a very dynamic environment. Professional hotel and tourism qualification or work experience within an inbound tour operator or a hospitality background is desirable.

Main Tasks

· Coordinating with Tour Guides, Excursions and transport companies along with providing support in negotiating rates that sales offices demand

· Maintain good relationships and constant contact with hotels and service suppliers togetherwith Allocating data entry from the system

· Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities

· Coordinate with service supplier: excursion – transportationand actively monitor cost and selling.Delegate job responsibility to airport reps & drivers
