Reservations
Enquiries and reservations for services in all areas shown in this tariff should be directed to our office in Dubai. In order to handle your reservation efficiently, the following should be specified in your request: room type, board basis (BB/MAP), age of children, full names of clients, arrival and departure dates with flight numbers. Please note that Dubai is 4 hours ahead of GMT.
 
Our Cancellation and No Show Policy
If cancellation received after the application of the visa; the visa fee will be applicable and the respective cancellation fess of the suppliers (i.e. hotels, golf course… etc) Arabian Explorers LLC will not charge any cancellation charge.
 
Payments

Full payment must be received by Arabian Explorers prior to scheduled arrival to allow processing time for clearance. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservations. Payment should be made by bankers draft or cheque in favor of Arabian Explorers and sent by airmail. Telegraphic or telex transfers should be made out to our account.

Arabian Explorers shall be entitled to claim for and receive payment of any expenses incurred, in addition to full settlement with interest, for any unpaid amount with respect to services provided.
 
Vouchers/Exchange Orders
Please issue one voucher for all services required, clearly setting out the services to be provided
Taxes
Hotel rates quoted in this tariff are inclusive of service charge and government tax. The right reserved to adjust without notice the hotel rates accordingly to reflect the increase or decrease in amount of taxes payable.
Rates
All rates quoted in this tariff are in US Dollars, per room, net and non-commissionable.
Validity
Rates quoted in this tariff are valid as per contract unless otherwise specified.

Hotels
Hotels accommodation is in air conditioned rooms, with private bath and showers unless otherwise indicated.

The best available transportation is used, by either air conditioned coaches or by cars
 
Standards of Service
Arabian Explorers will endeavor to guarantee the highest standards of service within the limitation of the destination.
 
Child Policy

Above conditions apply for adults, as well as for children as of 12 years of age. For children under the age of 12 years are as follows:

  • If Child is registered in parents’ passport, it must be clearly mentioned in the visa application.
  • If Child is a national that require a TOURIST visa and is registered in parents' passport no fees will be charged.
  • If Child is a national that require a VISIT visa and is registered in parents' passport no fees will be charged.
  • If Child holds own passport, Visa charges will be as per Adults.
 
Responsibility and Insurance

The Agency shall not be liable to the client for loss or damage to luggage or to other property, or for any loss, delay or inconvenience, fatal or other injury or illness unless caused by the Agency’s breach of its contractual duty to exercise care in making arrangements for the client; in which case the extent of Agency’s liability excluding fatal or other injury will be the total amount paid for the holiday. All arrangements for travel, accommodation and other services of any kind whatsoever connected with the tour are made subject to any condition imposed by the road, hotel, restaurant or any other companies, firms or persons concerned. All flights forming part of the holiday arrangements will be subject to conditions of carriage shown on the ticket issued by or on behalf of the carrying airline, in most cases this limits the airline’s liability to you in accordance with international law.

All vehicles used by Arabian Explorers are insured in accordance with local regulations. However, the clients are well advised to obtain personal baggage and accident insurance cover.
 
Coverage and Acceptance
All quotations prepared by Arabian Explorers are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated above whether they are included in the quotation or not. These terms and conditions supersede all previously issued. Arabian Explorers reserved the right to amend or alter any of the conditions herein from time to time and as its sole discretion.

1. Arabian Explorers, as agents shall not be held liable if the client suffers any loss, damage, delay or expense including, without limitation, within the law any death, injury or illness to any person or any loss or damage to property which may be caused to a client.

2. Arabian Explorers reserves the right to change or exclude any component of any excursion for which a booking has been confirmed without notice and for any reason whatsoever. The client shall not be entitled to any refund in respect of such modification or exclusion.

3. Arabian Explorers reserves the right to cancel any excursion prior to departure and can decline to accept or return any person as a member of an excursion at any time. In particular, due to the nature of many of the excursions, safaris and other activities, delay or cancellations may result from factors beyond Arabian Explorers control, for instance sickness, climate or other occurrence of unpredictable hindrance. A refund or partial refund may be given in such cases at the discretion of Arabian Explorers and/or the operator of the excursion, safari or other activity concerned, but this is not guaranteed.

4. The full price of any excursion will be payable when a booking is confirmed. Arabian Explorers may cancel any booking if the total price of the excursion is not paid within 48 hours of departure. In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 48 hours prior to departure no refund will be paid.

5. The client accepts the potential risk that can be involved in certain excursions, safaris and activities, and takes accountability for ensuring that he or she is mentally and physically able to take part in the specific detected activity. The client shall comply with the directions of any activity guide. If in the option of the guide, the client’s conduct or physical state is harmful to the safety of the group as a whole, or if the leader feels that the client will be put at risk by progressing with the activity, the client may be asked to leave the excursion, safari or other activity without the right to any refund.

6. All personal belongings are the exclusive responsibility of the client at all times during the excursion, safari or other activity.
